Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
The Petreski AI Hub (the “Hub”) is a private workspace operated by Petreski & Co. for authorized use. This policy describes what information the Hub collects, why, and how it is handled. It is intentionally brief because the Hub itself holds very little personal data.
1. Scope
This policy applies to ai-hub.petreski.com and pages served under it. External services and workspaces accessed through links from the Hub operate under their own access controls and privacy practices; any information they handle is governed independently of this policy.
2. Information we receive
When you sign in, Google provides the Hub with the following via OAuth:
- Your email address
- Your name and profile picture (if available)
- A unique Google account identifier
The Hub also relies on its hosting provider's standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for operational and security purposes.
3. How we use it
- Email — verifying you appear on the authorized allowlist.
- Name and picture — personalizing the signed-in experience.
- Session cookie — keeping you signed in between page loads.
- Request metadata — operating, securing, and debugging the Hub.
The Hub does not use this information for advertising, profiling, behavioral analytics, or any commercial purpose.
4. Cookies
The Hub sets a single first-party session cookie used by Auth.js. It is HTTP-only, marked secure, and tied to your sign-in session. No third-party tracking cookies are set.
5. Third-party services
- Google — identity provider used for sign-in. Your interaction with Google is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosting provider. Vercel processes incoming requests on our behalf and maintains operational logs under its standard retention policy.
6. Data retention
The Hub does not persist your Google profile data to a database. It lives only within the lifetime of your signed session. Signing out invalidates the session immediately. Operational request logs are retained by the hosting provider under its standard policy.
7. Your choices
You can sign out at any time using the Sign Out control. If you would like your access revoked, or have questions about data handled on your behalf, contact the operator below.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Hub evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
